Root & Bark

Mixed media sculpture

2024

Hand-built from reclaimed wood and cast resin. The form references the body's own architecture — the way we branch, the way we hold weight, the way we survive the dry season.

Watercolour on paper

2023

Painted over three sessions at dawn. Light enters differently when the city is still quiet — it arrives at angles that feel like permission.

The Dry River

Acrylic on linen

2023

Based on a drive through the Rift Valley. The absence of water is its own kind of presence — a shape the land remembers long after the rains move on.

Meridian

Bronze sculpture

2023

Cast in two halves and joined at the centre. The seam is left visible — a reminder that wholeness is not the absence of division, but what you do at the place where things meet.
